Course Description: 

Carrying a handgun can be vital in keeping you safe but can also be detrimental if you don’t know the laws or how to react to situations. A local attorney and expert witness teaches you about Alabama firearm laws such as when you can use deadly force, the justification for self-defense, and more. This course also covers holster selection, the 21 ft rule, and what to do post-shooting, and when the police arrive. The remaining portion of the course utilizes virtual training, with CO2 filled Glock pistols, to engage students in real-world shoot/no-shoot scenarios to provide some of the most realistic training in North Alabama.

    Cancellation Policy
    If the class is canceled by Bullet and Barrel, the full amount of the purchase is REFUNDABLE. Or, the funds can be CREDITED and applied toward a future class.
    If the course is canceled by the student 72 hours before the training day, the full payment is REFUNDABLE or can be CREDITED and applied toward the same class held at a later date or another class.
    If the course is canceled by the student within 48 hours before the training day, the full payment is NON-REFUNDABLE but can be CREDITED and applied toward the same class held at a later date or another class.
    “No shows” FORFEIT their registration fees.
    All REFUNDS will be processed within approximately 3-5 days.
    Classes will be held rain or shine unless postponed by Bullet and Barrel. Bullet and Barrel will notify (by e-mail) all enrolled students as soon as possible if any changes are made to class dates.
