Modern Rifle: Intermediate



Course Description:

In our Modern Rifle: Intermediate class, you will be learning rifle fundamentals, techniques, and weapon system manipulation that has been standardized in the Military and Law Enforcement community. Upon successful completion of this class, you should be able to effectively present a rifle from different carry positions, properly use barriers, negotiate multiple target scenarios, have fluid movement while firing, and transition from your rifle to a pistol with proficiency.

THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER CLASS.

Our Drawstroke class is a prerequisite for all down-range classes. Serpa holsters and other index finger lock-type holsters will not be allowed in the class. No holsters carried behind 9 and 3 o’clock will be allowed in this class. During the class, if a student is found being unsafe, they will be asked to leave for the safety of themselves and other students.

Who Should Take This Class? Students with moderate knowledge of rifle and pistol weapon systems and safe handling skills.

Please Bring The Following:

Reliable rifle or pistol caliber carbine
Handgun and approved holster
Sturdy belt with rifle mag pouches attached. Approved holster attached.
Quality rifle sling
150 rifle rounds and 75 pistol rounds

Cancellation Policy

If the class is canceled by Bullet and Barrel, the full amount of the purchase is REFUNDABLE. Or, the funds can be CREDITED and applied toward a future class.

If the course is canceled by the student 72 hours before the training day, the full payment is REFUNDABLE or can be CREDITED and applied toward the same class held at a later date or another class.

If the course is canceled by the student within 48 hours before the training day, the full payment is NON-REFUNDABLE but can be CREDITED and applied toward the same class held at a later date or another class.

“No shows” FORFEIT their registration fees.

All REFUNDS will be processed within approximately 3-5 days.

Classes will be held rain or shine unless postponed by Bullet and Barrel. Bullet and Barrel will notify (by e-mail) all enrolled students as soon as possible if any changes are made to class dates.
