Course description:

Our Low Light Pistol Class teaches tactics and fundamentals using a handheld light, weapon-mounted light, and how to deploy your handgun one-handed. The tactics you will learn in this class have been proven in the world and could save your life. Darkness offers a great advantage for those who would harm you. Let us help you remove that advantage, so you can have an advantage of your own.

Please bring eye and ear protection, if you do not have it, it is available to purchase for a nominal fee.

Please keep in mind, only ammo purchased at Bullet and Barrel can be used in our rental guns.

Who Should Take this Class?

Students with a moderate amount of experience drawing from a holster and shooting one-handed who want to learn how to deploy a handgun with zero ambient light using a handheld and weapon-mounted light. The use of different defensive tactics and movement while using those lights will be taught, what light you should use for different scenarios, and how to use them safely.

THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER CLASS. Our Drawstroke class is a prerequisite for all down-range classes. No holsters carried behind 9 and 3 o’clock will be allowed in this class.

What to Bring: Your own firearm, holster, 2 extra magazines, and a magazine pouch. A weapon-mounted light and handheld light are required.

Walk-ins are not available for our classes. Please come in or sign up online to reserve your spot. Valid ID required for range access. LADIES ONLY CLASSES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE.

Cancellation Policy

If the class is canceled by Bullet and Barrel, the full amount of the purchase is REFUNDABLE. Or, the funds can be CREDITED and applied toward a future class.

If the course is canceled by the student 72 hours before the training day, the full payment is REFUNDABLE or can be CREDITED and applied toward the same class held at a later date or another class.

If the course is canceled by the student within 48 hours before the training day, the full payment is NON-REFUNDABLE but can be CREDITED and applied toward the same class held at a later date or another class.

“No shows” FORFEIT their registration fees.

All REFUNDS will be processed within approximately 3-5 days.

Classes will be held rain or shine unless postponed by Bullet and Barrel. Bullet and Barrel will notify (by e-mail) all enrolled students as soon as possible if any changes are made to class dates.
