Intro to Carbine

RATE: $150

Course Description: 

This course is ideal for the gun enthusiast that has just purchased a carbine and is not familiar with its functions and ballistics. The classroom portion will cover subjects like nomenclature, ballistics, sight picture, the function of the carbine, accessories, and more. Once at the range, we will properly zero the carbine and then perform a malfunctions drill. This course will get you started for Tactical Carbine 1 and 2.

Prerequisite: None

Equipment Required: 

  • Carbine rifle (AR15 is preferred, but any carbine will work)
  • 1 carbine magazine (unloaded)
  • 50 rounds of rifle ammunition
  • Eye and ear protection

Notes: 

  • Valid ID required for range access
Cancellation Policy
If the class is canceled by Bullet and Barrel, the full amount of the purchase is REFUNDABLE. Or, the funds can be CREDITED and applied toward a future class.
If the course is canceled by the student 72 hours before the training day, the full payment is REFUNDABLE or can be CREDITED and applied toward the same class held at a later date or another class.
If the course is canceled by the student within 48 hours before the training day, the full payment is NON-REFUNDABLE but can be CREDITED and applied toward the same class held at a later date or another class.
“No shows” FORFEIT their registration fees.
All REFUNDS will be processed within approximately 3-5 days.
Classes will be held rain or shine unless postponed by Bullet and Barrel. Bullet and Barrel will notify (by e-mail) all enrolled students as soon as possible if any changes are made to class dates.
